Flegr zab\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinami n\u011bkdy a\u017e neb\u00fdval\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu invazn\u00edch druh\u016f. V&nbsp;\u00favodu se dozv\u00edd\u00e1me z\u00e1kladn\u00ed definici invazn\u00edho druhu (a\u0165 u\u017e rostlinn\u00e9ho nebo \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho): Je to na dan\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed nep\u016fvodn\u00ed druh, jeho\u017e ekologick\u00fd \u00fasp\u011bch se vyzna\u010duje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rychl\u00fdm vzr\u016fstem po\u010dtu jedinc\u016f a&nbsp;zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm se \u00fazem\u00edm v\u00fdskytu. N\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee invaze doj\u00edt tak daleko, \u017ee se zcela zm\u011bn\u00ed charakter krajiny.<br \/>\nMezi zn\u00e1m\u00e9 invazn\u00ed druhy pat\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159.&nbsp;bol\u0161evn\u00edk velkolep\u00fd, k\u0159\u00eddlatka japonsk\u00e1 nebo kosmatec olednat\u011bl\u00fd. Ne v\u017edy je toti\u017e nov\u011b p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed druh pln\u011b p\u0159izp\u016fsoben m\u00edstn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a&nbsp;brzy podlehne tlaku pred\u00e1tor\u016f \u010di&nbsp;parazit\u016f. Skute\u010dn\u011b se tak dok\u00e1\u017ee prosadit jen ten nejodoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a&nbsp;nep\u0159ipraven\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druh.<br \/>\nNav\u00edc, jak p\u00ed\u0161e Flegr, nen\u00ed invaze jako invaze. N\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy se toti\u017e dostanou na nov\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed, kde jsou sice nep\u016fvodn\u00ed, ale obsad\u00ed tam pr\u00e1zdnou niku. Invaze v&nbsp;prav\u00e9m slova smyslu znamen\u00e1 \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed na \u00fakor n\u011bkoho jin\u00e9ho, ale pon\u011bvad\u017e nebyla tato nika dote\u010f nik\u00fdm obsazena, nem\u016f\u017ee tak p\u0159i&nbsp;sv\u00e9m \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nikomu vadit. Tento jev, kter\u00fd pozorujeme p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na tichomo\u0159sk\u00fdch ostrovech, je popisov\u00e1n jako <em>pseudoinvaze<\/em>.<br \/>\nSou\u010dasn\u00e1 v\u011bda m\u00e1 pro biologick\u00e9 invaze hned n\u011bkolik vysv\u011btlen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>1. Vyman\u011bn\u00ed se z&nbsp;dosahu nep\u0159\u00e1tel<br \/>\nTato teorie p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee na \u00fazem\u00ed, kam se invazn\u00ed druh dostal, chyb\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fd pred\u00e1tor, kter\u00fd by jinak reguloval jeho po\u010dty. To zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee zprvu exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b vzroste po\u010det jedinc\u016f invazn\u00edho druhu \u2013 n\u011bkdy natolik, \u017ee i&nbsp;kdyby se na\u0161el n\u011bjak\u00fd nov\u00fd pred\u00e1tor, u\u017e nen\u00ed s&nbsp;to invazi zastavit. Nej\u010dast\u011bji ale nastane situace, kdy si zavle\u010den\u00fd druh sv\u00e9 nep\u0159\u00e1tele p\u0159iveze s&nbsp;sebou anebo se stane ter\u010dem jin\u00fdch, druhov\u011b nespecializovan\u00fdch parazit\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u011b za\u010dnou sni\u017eovat po\u010det jedinc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>2. Druh\u00e1 hypot\u00e9za uva\u017euje, \u017ee d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee na nov\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed jedinci stejn\u00e9ho druhu z&nbsp;<em>r\u016fzn\u00fdch<\/em> oblast\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edho v\u00fdskytu, maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed evolu\u010dn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l ne\u017e druhy m\u00edstn\u00ed. To jim umo\u017e\u0148uje obst\u00e1t v&nbsp;drsn\u00e9 kompetici. Klasick\u00e1 darwinistick\u00e1 evolu\u010dn\u00ed teorie p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee takov\u00e9to druhy maj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1sobu genetick\u00e9ho polymorfismu (tj.&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edtomnost dvou a&nbsp;v\u00edce alel na jednom lokusu). Podle t\u00e9to hypot\u00e9zy plat\u00ed, \u017ee \u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed je genetick\u00fd polymorfismus, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe odpov\u00edd\u00e1 dan\u00fd druh na selek\u010dn\u00ed tlaky. V&nbsp;praxi to ale funguje tak, \u017ee polymorfismus tuto odpov\u011b\u010f sp\u00ed\u0161e zhor\u0161uje. Druh se pouze st\u00e1v\u00e1 elasti\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se sice m\u00edstn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed velice rychle, ale nikdy ne tak dob\u0159e jako geneticky nepolymorfn\u00ed druhy. Nav\u00edc nem\u00e1me d\u016fkazy o&nbsp;tom, \u017ee by invazn\u00ed druhy vykazovaly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed genetick\u00fd polymorfismus. Byly provedeny studie, kter\u00e9 uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy maj\u00ed po&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edchodu na nov\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e men\u0161\u00ed (a\u017e o&nbsp;15&nbsp;%) genetickou variabilitu. P\u0159i&nbsp;biologick\u00fdch invaz\u00edch hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli bottleneck effect a&nbsp;genetick\u00fd drift. Pr\u016fchod hrdlem lahve odstra\u0148uje vz\u00e1cn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alely p\u0159ed \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi \u2013 to vysv\u011btluje men\u0161\u00ed genetickou variabilitu. Bottleneck effect nav\u00edc drasticky sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed po\u010det jedinc\u016f v&nbsp;populaci a&nbsp;to napom\u016f\u017ee ke vzniku genetick\u00e9mu driftu, kdy dojde k&nbsp;n\u00e1hodn\u00fdm posun\u016fm ve frekvenci alel a&nbsp;ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed genetick\u00e9ho polymorfismu.<\/p>\n<p>3. Teorie ar\u00e9ny<br \/>\nT\u00edm, jak \u010dlov\u011bk opakovan\u00e9 zavl\u00e9k\u00e1 na ur\u010dit\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 z\u00e1stupce stejn\u00e9ho druhu, tvo\u0159\u00ed jakousi ar\u00e9nu, ve kter\u00e9 se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b utk\u00e1vaj\u00ed a&nbsp;soupe\u0159\u00ed o&nbsp;to, kdo nejrychleji vyprodukuje co nejv\u00edce potomk\u016f. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee v\u017edy zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed linie. A&nbsp;proto\u017ee na tuto kr\u00e1tkodobou strategii vsad\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b v\u0161echno, nev\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159i&nbsp;tom ni\u010dit sv\u00e9 okol\u00ed, aby sv\u00e9ho c\u00edle dos\u00e1hly. S&nbsp;t\u00edm souvis\u00ed i&nbsp;vznik virulentn\u00edch patogen\u016f v&nbsp;nemocnic\u00edch (box 30, s. 245). V&nbsp;nemocnic\u00edch se obvykle vyst\u0159\u00edd\u00e1 velk\u00fd po\u010det lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed tam zanechaj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch kmen\u016f patogen\u016f. Pacient se pak nakaz\u00ed hned n\u011bkolika kmeny t\u00e9to nemoci a&nbsp;jej\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh b\u00fdv\u00e1 zpravidla mnohem v\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e kdyby se nakazil mimo zdravotn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Uvnit\u0159 jeho t\u011bla toti\u017e za\u010dnou kmeny mezi sebou soupe\u0159it o&nbsp;to, kter\u00fd z&nbsp;nich se nejrychleji a&nbsp;nejv\u00edce rozmno\u017e\u00ed. Aby se jim to povedlo, nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed sv\u00e9ho hostitele nijak \u0161et\u0159it a&nbsp;mnohdy ho p\u0159i&nbsp;soupe\u0159en\u00ed zahub\u00ed. To vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d byla \u0161pan\u011blsk\u00e1 ch\u0159ipka tak mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b virulentn\u00ed a&nbsp;zabila 20 \u2013 40 milion\u016f lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>4. Teorie preadaptac\u00ed<br \/>\nK&nbsp;t\u00e9to teorii se Flegr vyjad\u0159uje jen stru\u010dn\u011b. U&nbsp;n\u00ed se p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee se druh st\u00e1v\u00e1 na nov\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdm d\u00edky vlastnostem, kter\u00e9 nabyl na \u00fazem\u00ed p\u016fvodn\u00edm a&nbsp;kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1hodou uk\u00e1zaly jako velmi v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 i&nbsp;v&nbsp;nov\u00e9 oblasti.<\/p>\n<p>5. Teorie zamrzl\u00e9 evoluce<br \/>\nZde p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed autor se svou vlastn\u00ed teorii o&nbsp;\u00fasp\u011bchu invazn\u00edch druh\u016f. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1, \u017ee za t\u00edm nestoj\u00ed vysok\u00fd, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e <em>n\u00edzk\u00fd<\/em> genetick\u00fd polymorfismus. D\u00edky tomu se m\u016f\u017ee druh st\u00e1t evolu\u010dn\u011b plastick\u00fdm, a&nbsp;ovl\u00e1dnout tak dan\u00e9 \u00fazem\u00ed. Tato hypot\u00e9za by se dala aplikovat zejm\u00e9na na mal\u00e9 populace, jejich\u017e genetick\u00fd polymorfismus je n\u00edzk\u00fd. P\u0159edpokladem je v\u0161ak i&nbsp;\u201e\u010dekac\u00ed doba\u201c mezi p\u0159\u00edchodem a&nbsp;za\u010d\u00e1tkem invaze, kdy, jak p\u00ed\u0161e Flegr, se druh mus\u00ed p\u0159ipravit t\u00edm, \u017ee nasb\u00edr\u00e1 nov\u00e9, v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 adaptace. Kdy\u017e je toti\u017e populace mal\u00e1, nep\u016fsob\u00ed na ni \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 forma selekce a&nbsp;zbavuje se p\u016fvodn\u00edho polymorfismu, tak\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee ve fin\u00e1le zplasti\u010dt\u011bt a&nbsp;m\u00edt v\u00fdhodu nad <em>evolu\u010dn\u011b zamrzl\u00fdmi<\/em> p\u016fvodn\u00edmi druhy. To vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d nap\u0159\u00edklad bol\u0161evn\u00edku velkolep\u00e9mu trvalo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sto let, ne\u017e se v\u016fbec za\u010dal exponenci\u00e1ln\u011b mno\u017eit. Na druhou stranu je tato hypot\u00e9za v&nbsp;rozporu s&nbsp;teori\u00ed o&nbsp;vyman\u011bn\u00ed se z&nbsp;dosahu nep\u0159\u00edtel a&nbsp;o&nbsp;preadaptac\u00edch (viz body 1.&nbsp;a&nbsp;4.).<\/p>\n<p>Autor se rovn\u011b\u017e zab\u00fdv\u00e1 rol\u00ed nepohlavn\u00edho rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed u&nbsp;invazn\u00edch druh\u016f. Upozor\u0148uje na fakt, \u017ee se mezi nimi \u010dasto vyskytuj\u00ed nepohlavn\u011b se rozmno\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed druhy. Nez\u0159\u00eddka se st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee se druh na sv\u00e9m p\u016fvodn\u00edm \u00fazem\u00ed rozmno\u017euje pohlavn\u011b nebo cizospra\u0161n\u011b, ale na nov\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed se u\u017e mno\u017e\u00ed nepohlavn\u011b nebo samospra\u0161n\u011b. Je pravda, \u017ee nepohlavn\u00ed rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed je nejkrat\u0161\u00ed cestou k&nbsp;evolu\u010dn\u00ed plasticit\u011b, kterou ka\u017ed\u00fd invazn\u00ed druh vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1. P\u0159echodem k&nbsp;nepohlavn\u00edmu rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed se za\u010dne sni\u017eovat genetick\u00fd polymorfismus a&nbsp;druh se st\u00e1v\u00e1 plastick\u00fdm \u2013 tato ztr\u00e1ta polymorfismu trv\u00e1 obvykle m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e deset generac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhodou pro druh, kter\u00fd se mno\u017e\u00ed nepohlavn\u011b, je ji\u017e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 plasticita. To mu umo\u017en\u00ed se velmi dob\u0159e p\u0159izp\u016fsobit m\u00edstn\u00edm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a&nbsp;\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b soupe\u0159it s&nbsp;evolu\u010dn\u011b zamrzl\u00fdmi druhy.<br \/>\nAle tak jako m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00e1 mince dv\u011b strany, nese s&nbsp;sebou tento druh rozmno\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed i&nbsp;mno\u017estv\u00ed nev\u00fdhod. Je to zejm\u00e9na zranitelnost v\u016f\u010di parazit\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou schopni invazn\u00ed druh zlikvidovat, kdy\u017e se jim poda\u0159\u00ed p\u0159izp\u016fsobit se na genotyp nepohlavn\u00edho druhu. Takov\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem sp\u00ed\u0161e netrp\u00ed ty druhy, je\u017e si zachovaly schopnost mno\u017eit se pohlavn\u011b, proto\u017ee ke sv\u00e9 plasticit\u011b do\u0161li pomaleji. Obnovuj\u00ed sv\u016fj genetick\u00fd polymorfismus a&nbsp;d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee paraziti zv\u00fdhod\u0148uj\u00ed jedince, kte\u0159\u00ed se odli\u0161uj\u00ed od ostatn\u00edch v&nbsp;populaci, se dok\u00e1\u017eou zachr\u00e1nit p\u0159ed vym\u0159en\u00edm.<br \/>\nBiologick\u00e1 invaze samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nemus\u00ed trvat v\u011b\u010dn\u011b a&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee jednou skon\u010dit. Druh, jen\u017e obnovil sv\u016fj genetick\u00fd polymorfismus, aby se zachr\u00e1nil p\u0159ed parazity, ztratil svoji evolu\u010dn\u00ed plasticitu a&nbsp;st\u00e1v\u00e1 se evolu\u010dn\u011b <em>zamrzl\u00fdm<\/em> (stejn\u011b jako p\u016fvodn\u00ed druhy). Ov\u0161em d\u00edky tomu, \u017ee v&nbsp;\u010dase \u201ezamrzl\u201c pozd\u011bji, m\u00e1 i&nbsp;tak mezi konkurenty v\u00fdhodu, proto\u017ee jeho vlastnosti mohou b\u00fdt v&nbsp;nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edm \u010dasov\u00e9m horizontu v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkdy se ale m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t, \u017ee druh zamrzne pouze v&nbsp;p\u0159echodn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed a&nbsp;v&nbsp;moment\u011b, kdy se podm\u00ednky vr\u00e1t\u00ed do norm\u00e1lu, bude naopak siln\u011b znev\u00fdhodn\u011bn. Proto se d\u00e1 \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 invaze o\u010dek\u00e1vat sp\u00ed\u0161e ve st\u00e1l\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed (a&nbsp;o&nbsp;to je tak\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed).<br \/>\nTeoreticky je mo\u017en\u00e9 bojovat s&nbsp;invazemi t\u00edm, \u017ee budeme na zasa\u017een\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed vysazovat dal\u0161\u00ed (geneticky odli\u0161n\u00e9) jedince dan\u00e9ho druhu se stejn\u00e9ho \u00fazem\u00ed.
